Tea Notes intends to teach the understanding of Dao (Tao) within tea, to understand the principles of nature. Dao Fa Zi Ran道法自然, Daoim (Taoism) follows the natural world, which is the inner law of all things, and the highest sacred words in the Chinese daoist (taoist) culture. Zhu Quan openly proposed that tea should be given a metaphysical position in the cultural heritage.

Since it is possible to understand Dao with tea, Tea Notes attaches great importance to the quality of tea people, the tea ceremony is “meant to be one man’s matter in the mountains and forests, loftily aloof from worldly things, drifting away from this world, how could we talk it over with laymen at a common point?”. Therefore, the status of the tea man can be ignored, but he must be highly ambitious and open-minded. Only this kind of tea man who has broken the shackles of the secular concept, can speak to Zhu Quan about Dao.
