Kim Jong Yeol est un des meilleurs producteurs de cette région et vient de remporter le plus prestigieux prix pour une compétition de thé en Corée du Sud. Toute cette zone est certifiée biologique et chaque feuille est cueillie, oxydée et poêlée à la main.
