Il a été récolté au printemps 2012 et a été traité dans une petite installation dans cette région plutôt reculée du Yunnan. Ce thé n’est pas un thé blanc conventionnel. Les thés blancs sont simplement cueillis et séchés, alors que celui-ci a été traité exactement comme les thés Sheng Puerh. Il a été cueilli, flétri, cuit au four et séché au soleil, créant ainsi un profil de saveur différent et plus affirmé que le thé blanc conventionnel.
